An opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant in central Norwich has arisen with a growing business. This role will involve working with an exciting, growing business and with a fantastic team of welcoming, supportive and outgoing people.
Based in central Norwich, easy access for public transport and parking close by.
Flexible, hybrid working too.

The role:
  • General day to day purchase ledger processing
  • Setting up of bank payments online, including payment of foreign currency invoices
  • Reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Reconciling purchase orders to supplier invoices
  • Posting invoices
  • Processing staff expenses and reconciling credit card statements
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with external year-end audit requests as required
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation queries in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc duties as needed, such as reporting, dealing with queries and other reconciliations.

The successful candidate will have experience in a purchase ledger role and ideally be studying AAT.
