Responsible for managing and updating the database, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Managing customer queries on the corporate contracts managed by the Finance team and providing additional support on the management of those contracts to the Finance Manager.
Manage the purchase ledger/invoicing function, ensuring all requisitions meet the current procurement guidelines, liaising with the business and suppliers to ensure service delivery standards are maintained.
Responsible for leading on the answering of queries
Responsible for leading the completion and publishing of various MI returns on a monthly/quarterly basis.
The successful individual will have established experience within a high volume purchase ledger and finance environment, ideally have part of the AAT qualification, although not essential and have strong IT skills.
