We are delighted to be working with a leading technology business based in the city centre of Cambridge, as they seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Within this role, you will report into the Head of Finance, and this role will be worked on a hybrid working pattern. As the incoming Accounts Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties including:

- All of aspects of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Bank reconciliations for both trading entities within the organisation 
- Processing of credit card transactions and reconciling these
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Management of the finance inbox and being the go-to person for any queries
- Additional duties as required by your line manager

In order to be successful in a position of this calibre, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
-  Previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant role or equivalent
- Currently studying AAT, CIMA or ACCA, or looking to start this in the future
- Be proficient in your knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload effectively and efficiently 
- Excellent attention to detail.

This role is based in the city centre, and whilst there is no on site parking, the office is easily accessed via transport routes. The organisation offer a great holiday and benefits package, as well as study support.
