Pure are recruiting an Accounts Administrator with a successful and progressive business in Thetford.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will play a key role in overseeing the purchase and sales ledger activities and general accounts administration.

Your main duties will include:

•    Processing daily sales invoices, including archiving
•    Raise invoices
•    Credit Control
•    Process supplier invoices
•    Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
•    Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
•    Payment runs as required and to meet agreed deadlines
•    Update cashbook in relation to purchase ledger and sales receipts
•    Processing of Export sales invoices
•    Process staff expenses and prepare for submission to Finance Manager
•    Period end close off of purchase ledger and run relevant reports 
•    Any other duties as and when required

Skills and Experience:

•    Proven work experience as an Accounts administrator or similar role
•    Credit control experience preferred but not essential
•    Hands on experience with accounting software
•    Solid data entry skills
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•    Attention to detail
