My client is a provider of luxury high end aviation travel. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 1 years’ experience within an IT support, service desk or helpdesk position. You will be the 1st point of call for any IT issues across the business through the clients ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to work and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
 
Responsibilities  
  • First point of contact to any IT related issues and be able to triage the issue or escalate when appropriate to 2nd/3rd
  • Resolve both basic hardware and software issues including laptops, phones and bit locker accounts.
  • Understand basic network principles.
  • Maintaining and administering user accounts via Active Directory
  • Suggest upgrades to the system to provide better performance across the business.
