1st Line IT Support

I am currently working with a market leading business based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. You will be working within a technical team and have the opportunity to get involved with projects moving forward.
 
What is the role?

• Be the 1st point of contact on the service desk for IT support.
• Provide support in a windows environment for onsite and remote staff.
• Provide 1st line support using windows 10, office 365, active directory

 
What do you need?

• Prior experience or education within IT support
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
