I'm currently supporting a Global Digital specialist in their search for a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to add to their team due to continued growth. Working as part of a 5 person team you will support the UK offices via phone, email and face to face. This company has offices over 49 countries and an incredible brand so progression opportunity is quick meaning that this is ideal for the ambitious.
Key Tasks:
  • Supporting internal staff base of around 650 employees within the UK both remotely and on site
  • Supporting company systems and infrastructure including networking
  • Communicating best practice with colleagues
  • Identifying repeat issues and porential training needs
  • Working well within your team to SLA's ensuring that Cusomter Service levels are always the main priority
  • Troubleshooting incoming queries via tickets, telephone, email and face to face
  • Logging tickets accurately and efficiently and seeing them through to resolution
  • Escallating complex queries where necessary
Essential Experience:
  • You must have at least 1 years working experience within a 1st or 2nd line role on a Service Desk
  • You must have experience of the following technologies: Windows 10, Office 2016, Windows Server.
  • Experience of WAN/LAN is also desired however not critical
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are absoulutely essential
  • Desire to learn and passion for technology
  • Experience of working with a ticketing system
