- Anwering incoming calls and handling enquires.
- Transferring calls to the appropriate colleague, when required.
- Responding to email enquires, in a timely and professional manner.
- Welcoming visitors to site and issuing them with a visitors pass.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Signing for deliveries and taking them to the relevant department.
- General admin tasks, when required.
- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- IT literate with the knowledge of using MS Word and internal databases.
- Personable, friendly and approachable.
- Well presented, organised and reliable.
- Available for full time work
