My client, a well established organisation within the educational sector, are seeking some Temporary Reception support for a period of 4 weeks+. This is a full time post working Monday to Friday, either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. Covering a main reception desk, you will be reponsible for answering any calls using a busy switchboard system and welcoming visitors to site. You must be personable, proactive and be able to work well as part of a small team, as well as alongside one either individual. 

Start Date: ASAP
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00
On-site parking

Duties:
  • Anwering incoming calls and handling enquires.
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate colleague, when required.
  • Responding to email enquires, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Welcoming visitors to site and issuing them with a visitors pass.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Signing for deliveries and taking them to the relevant department.
  • General admin tasks, when required.

Experience Required:
  • Previous reception or customer service experience.
  • IT literate with the knowledge of using MS Word and internal databases.
  • Personable, friendly and approachable.
  • Well presented, organised and reliable.
  • Available for full time work
