Pure are delighted to be working with an award-winning organisation in the appointment of 2 permanent, experienced HR Business Partners to join their team .
Our client is looking for somebody who as an HR expert, advises, guides and supports staff and managers by providing a high level of people management and development support across designated directorates.
In order to be successful in doing this, your main responsibilities will be:
You will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified, however this is not essential if having worked in a similar environment and can demonstrate a strong HR generalist knowledge.
As a strong team player, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a result driven attitude, the ability to evaluate situations, and good analytical skills. In return, the organisation offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000, 25-day holiday minimum with length of service increase to 28 days plus flexibility to buy and sell, company high-street discount scheme and wellbeing hub including Employee Assistance Programme.
The role will be blended working with ideally 2 - 3 days in the Norwich office.

In order to be successful in doing this, your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide expert HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR matters throughout the employee journey.
- Support managers in dealing with performance and employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinary, grievances and absence management.
- Influence management and the leadership team around the people agenda to maximise performance.
- Identify HR priorities from departmental objectives, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Deliver key HR initiatives across the employee journey, including restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Lead on and support with the completion of projects within the People Operational Delivery Plan (ODP);
- Maintain a clear understanding and provide up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates.
- Advise and play a key role in any TUPE transfers, restructures, organisational changes and terms and condition changes
- Experience of working in a generalist HR role
- Experience of providing HR advisory services across a diverse portfolio of business areas
- Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and be proactive in supporting HR practices
- Competent user of Microsoft packages, high level of IT literacy
- Experience of HR Systems and Processes
- Experience working as part of a team
