We are delighted to be working with a well established organisation based in Bury St Edmunds to recruit a part time HR Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail. This role is working 30 hours a week, 6 hours per day Monday - Friday. This is a excellent opportunity for anyone currently working in HR or looking to gain some experience within the sector. 

Key Responsibilities 
Working within the HR Services Team collecting Right to Work documentation from new recruits 
Running regular reports to identify missing information and following up with employees to collect documents 
Make Managers aware of outstanding documentation 
Answering queries regarding right to work information 
Working on ad-hoc projects as directed by Managers 

Key Skills 
Good level of literacy and numeracy with at least 5 GCSE's grades A-C (or equivalent) including English and Maths 
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages 
A people person confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels 
Knowledge of Right to Work data checks would be desirable 
CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable or working towards
