Bringing HR professionals together

HR Energy is a collaboration between recruitment specialists Pure and legal firm Mills & Reeve.

It gives local HR professionals the chance to learn and develop new skills, and network with their colleagues. All in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

How does it work?

Every three months we run an interactive session with expert speakers where we talk about the topics that HR professionals need to know. Previously we’ve discussed neurodiversity at work, wellbeing and culture, HR challenges, engaging employees remotely and many more. 

HR Energy generally takes place at Mills & Reeve’s office in the heart of historic Norwich. Each session usually starts with breakfast and the chance for some networking, followed by a presentation and workshop exercise.
