The main duties of the role will be as follows:
-Processing purchase invoices matching to goods received notes
-Dealing with warehouse if there are delivery queries
-Goods return credits
-Ensure that purchase transactions are accounted for accurately
-Dealing with supplier queries and resolving these efficiently
-POS (Point of sale reports)
-Preparing payment runs
-Post, accounts inbox etc.
-Support with month end tasks
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment and be able to deal with complex invoices. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and must be able to prioritise their workload. Candidates must be strong team players but also be self motivated.
This role will pay up to £23.5K for the right candidate.
