The successful candidates must be personable, reliable and possess a professional telephone manner.
5 days per week
Shift patterns must include x1 Saturday or Sunday each week (with a week day off to compensate)
Hours range from 9am - 8pm (9am - 6pm on weekends)
There is often overtime available if you would like it. On site training is provided once you join.
Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Processing orders efficiently using a bespoke in-house system
Providing delivery information and refund details when necessary
Answering queries via email
Liaising with other teams on a daily basis
Working alongside Line Managers and senior members of staff
Previous customer service experience desirable
Positive and proactive attitude
Organised and good attention to detail
Reliable, organised and a great team player
