Key responsibilities include:
• Providing front line technical support through remote sessions
• Working with colleagues in the technical support team to identify why the issues have arisen,
• Providing clear information to resolve issues
• Work alongside senior technical consultants to understand what has happened, and resolve in the most efficient and complete way possible.
There are some great opportunities to develop within the business and grow your own personal development within this role. You will need to have confidence when interacting with customers and other technical consultants.
Experience or an interest in the below are desirable:
• SQL Server
• TCP/IP Networking
• Coding languages
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be essential for this role.
