You will be an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about sourcing high calibre individuals and who is an expert in developing the employee value proposition.
You will have software engineering recruitment experience either from an agency or in-house.
The ideal candidate:
Graduate (or equivalent) in a technical/engineering / scientific discipline
Software engineering knowledge essential
Strong (internal) customer focus
Collaborative approach & relationship management skills
Familiar with LinkedIn and social media for recruiting
Strong project management skills to manage applicant pipeline
Attention to detail - objective is to ensure positive candidate experience
Phone and face to face interviewing skills
Familiar with ATS systems
Up to date knowledge of employment law (incl. GDPR) as it impacts recruitment
