We are delighted to be recruiting for a Team Leader position for a department responsible for a Sales Ledger. This role is based on the outskirts of Colchester and will be reporting to the Credit Services Team Manager supporting the day to day running of the team ensuring high performance levels and best credit management practises are achieved. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday and would suit a experienced Team Leader with Sales Ledger experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on Sales Ledger, assessing debtor positions, minimising overdue and bad debts
  • Writing and delivering training materials
  • Conducting review meetings with team members on a regular basis
  • Assessing current working practices and making suggestions to improve processes
  • Building key relationships with internal departments and external customers and suppliers

Key Skills
  • Experience of people managing is essential
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge - including PowerPoint and Excel along with a working knowledge of SAP
  • Proactive and forward thinking, organised with the ability to undertake multiple tasks
