Key L&D projects include:
Develop competency frameworks
Implement Training Needs Analysis
Coordinate Technical Training (not delivery)
Develop a coaching culture
Lead of HR softer skills training, from imitation of ideas to designing content and delivery
Developing an in-house mentoring scheme
Initiative e-learning as a learning platform
The role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis 35 hours per week 9am-5pm.
