Salary£55000 - £70000 per annum
A global technology business based on the outskirts of Cambridge is looking to appoint an exceptional Talent and Engagement Manager who will have a responsibility for the EMEA region.

Reporting to a Lead L&D / HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

Learning process
Leadership development
Coaching and mentoring
High potential programmes

Working in-line with the group learning and development strategy, HR people plan and business strategy to maximise future capability, performance and potential of their employees.

Remit includes:
Leading the production of effective global learning processes
Develop and implement the learning strategy
Provide programme content / delivery for EMEA
Design global leadership development and high potential programmes
Develop coaching and mentoring programmes
Identify L&D providers

Essential criteria for this role:

Strategic and operational L&D programme management
Deep learning and development knowledge, able to create new and adapt known tools and techniques
Experienced in coaching and global mentoring
Experience of working in a global matrix business
Engaging and clear in communication style.

Ability to travel at least once a month
