Pure are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Property Administrator for a Financial Services organisation based in central Ipswich. Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the Property Technical Team.

Duties include;

  • Being responsible for overseeing stakeholder relationships, including dealing with legal and technical queries, lease change transactions and all development projects to include repairs and refurbishments
  • Ensuring the organisation contractual and financial liabilities are identified, understood and managed in line with industry regulations
  • Managing your own transactional caseload of complex property lease change and construction matters to meet customer requirements
  • Reviewing, analysing and interpreting legal documents, identifying risk and liability and implementing solutions to mitigate risk
  • Investigating issues escalated by the team, agreeing resolutions and making recommendations
  • Reviewing team output to ensure company standards are achieved at all times
  • Holding regular review meetings with staff ensuring training is up to date and targets are agreed

Skills required;

  • Commercial Property Paralegal qualification (to be worked to)
  • Certificate in Financial Planning - Level 1
  • 5 GCSE's at grades A-C (or equivalent) to include Maths and English is essential
  • Experience of managing a team is desirable
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet given timeframes
