This role involves working 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday and flexible on which hours are worked each day. For example, perfect to fit within the school day.
Working with a supportive, approachable and overall wonderful team, the duties will involve the following:
Sales ledger duties, handling queries
Creating new accounts and credit checks on new clients
Raising invoices and credit notes
Managing payments and customer records
Monthly processing of Direct Debit payments
Preparation of monthly and weekly reports for KPIs and Debtors
General administration within the finance team
The successful applicant will have some established experience within finance support and posses strong IT skills.
The role is initially based on a 9 month contract, but will become permanent thereafter.
