Sales Executive

A fantastic business, based in Norwich city centre is currently seeking an Experienced Sales Executive to join their expanding team. The business prides themselves on their tailored, efficient and streamline service with regards to ISO compliance so would be keen to take on an individual who already works with these same values in mind. Due to the nature of the position, really strong customer Service, attention to detail and impartiality are paramount.

Your duties will include

• Achieving sales targets: individual and team - sales, revenue, conversion, product mix, productivity
• Converting sales leads and upselling additional products by phone advising customers on best products for their company
• Maintaining accuracy and timeliness of prospect, pipeline and customer records via Salesforce
• Problem solving any customer issues and providing solutions within contract terms
• Preparing customer quotations and contracts via Salesforce
• Promoting Group company and partner products to our customers and generating crosssell' leads
• Working on outbound sales campaigns where required
• Highlighting inefficient working practices with Manager in order to improve processes and practices to enhance the customer experience and aid team efficiencies
• Sharing of ideas/strategies to best generate leads/sales
• Maintain a high level of sales skills - objection handling, closing, etc., as well as delivering exemplary customer service

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Must be driven to meet targets, focused and hard working
• Have strong proven track record of outbound B2B telesales with superb customer
service skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task/prioritise
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong numeracy skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of ISO Certification advantageous, but not essential
• Strong PC skills; salesforce experience an advantage
