Pure are delighted to be recruiting a Sales and Marketing Administrator for a well established Property specialists based in Ipswich. Reporting to the Sales Manager this position will be support to the Residential Development Sales team within the office liaising with clients and customers and being responsible for all associated administration. The organisation are forward thinking and this is a great opportunity to join the already successful team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio and Copy typing of emails, letters, reports and other associated documents
  • Updating and maintaining information on company spreadsheets
  • Managing diaries and arranging travel
  • Liaising with the marketing team to arrange updates or changes to marketing literature
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries, providing assistance where possible or taking accurate messages
  • Arranging property viewing appointments
  • Preparing reports as required

Key Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised and prioritise workload
  • Experience of Audio and Copy typing documents
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Confident telephone manner

The company will offer full training and a great benefits package to the successful candidate. The role is full time Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
