Your remit will be to develop the organisation's resourcing and retention strategy which will contribute to the attraction of the best talent ensuring effective and transparent recruitment.
Leading on selecting the best recruitment channels and advertising methods in a cost effective manner, you will manage a recruitment team and make key decisions on pay and salaries.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the full life cycle of recruiting, utilising all media to drive recruitment including using social media as an attraction strategy, be up to date with employment law that impacts recruitment and the recruitment life cycle.
Experience of working in a NHS environment would be desirable along side having excellent stakeholder management, strong organisational and time management skills.
