A local prestigious employer based on the outskirts of Cambridge is looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager into a newly created role.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including implementing a new ATS. You will also build a high performing internal recruitment team who will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates through the management of the careers website and social media platforms.

Remit of the role:
Set up the recruitment function and recruit 2 Advisors
Setting up a new ATS
Upskilling managers in new processes and supporting the senior teams and HRBPs
Managing the external company brand through careers pages, social media sites and speculative applications
Manage the monthly reporting for the recruitment team


The ideal person
Previous experience of setting up a recruitment function
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices
Managing recruitment campaigns
Good knowledge of MI data and analytical skills
A drive for excellence and customer service.
