Salary£22000 - £25000 per annum

A newly created role has arisen working for a well established and growing commercial business based at their offices in Chelmsford. This is a new role working with the Recruitment Manager to create a positive candidate experience and attract the best possible talent to the organisation.

Duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working with managers on the best use of resources, advising and guiding on the best method of talent attraction for each role
• Overseeing the use of internal and external job boards to ensure information provided is accurate and appealing.
• Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox,
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns
• Updating and maintaining recruitment trackers and management information
• Liaison with agencies and 3rd party suppliers
• Pre-screen and liaise with candidates on availability
• Short list CV's and applications
• Coordinating interviews, feedback and offers if appropriate

Skills and experience required

• Knowledge and experience of working within Recruitment or HR Administration
• A degree in an HR related discipline or equivalent would be an advantage
• Strong administrational skills
• Knowledge of a recruitment system / database
• Adept in using MS Office programs
