A Recruitment Coordinator is required to work for a fantastic language school located in Cambridge. This is a full time permanent position.

Job Purpose
To oversee the recruitment of staff for the company's young learner centres.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting and interviewing of prospective young learner staff
• Coordinating high volume recruitment campaigns from initial planning stage to candidates starting in post
• Monitor applications and screen candidates based on stipulated criteria
• Assist with the preparation and posting of adverts
• Ensure all incoming applications are completed in full and obtain any further information where required
• Ensure that information held on candidates is accurate and up to date
• Liaise with the Sales and Marketing department regarding staffing

HR Administration
• Ensure all contractual documents are received and filed accordingly
• To carry out all pre- employment checks and organise staff schedules in preparation for the centre opening
• Collecting reference requests and DBS records
• Coordinating Young Learner centre staff employment dates
• Provide recruitment & Payroll advice to all areas including programmes
• Site visits to support, monitor, evaluate, quality control, review and development of programmes

• To adhere to all statutory regulations
• Protect at all times confidentiality of information handled within the remit of the post
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons you are responsible for and come into contact with
