We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join our Ipswich office, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take an apprenticeship in Business Administration.

The role;
• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office.
• Answering phones and transferring to the correct departments.
• Sorting incoming and outgoing post.
• Ordering stationary.
• Formatting CV's.
• Managing the filing systems.
• Working with an internal database to update candidates and clients.
• General administration and support for the wider team.

The ideal candidate;
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop in an administration role
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to manage your own work load and work independently.
• Outgoing and personable.
