Salary£28000 - £32000 per annum
I am recruiting a 12 month FTC Payroll Specialist position for a company based in Huntingdon. The company are looking for an experienced payroll professional to start with them within two weeks (15th August) and must be happy to work in the office as of September.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

Liaise with third party payroll provider regarding employees payroll
Inputting the payroll data into a file which goes to the provider
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
Manage the payroll inbox - checking the information
Ensure the payroll analytics's are up to date
Fix errors within the payroll system
Assist with the Year End payroll calculation
Input month end payroll journal
Assist with HR duties
Create annual commission statements
Adhoc HR project work

Candidates will have ideally worked in a sole payroll position previously and will ideally have had experience of working with third party payroll providers. This company have multi currency so payrolls so any experience of that is desirable. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and must be flexible in their attitude. Candidates will also ideally have strong excel knowledge and be a good team player. Strong communication skills are vital for this role.
