An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an established family run business based in Romford who is looking for someone to run their payroll function across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for payroll processes, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time
• Support in the reconciliation of all key payroll control balance sheet accounts
• Transferring salary payments and disbursements through the payroll system
• Working with the Finance Director to realise a longer-term pensions strategy for the group
• Posting payroll journals into SAGE and ensuring payroll reconciliation is completed monthly
• Effectively managing the auto-enrolment process and pension payments for the group
• Keeping up to date with any legislative changes that will impact payroll

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
• Previous payroll management experience is essential
• Experience of SAGE and/ or ADP is desirable
• Advanced level Excel and Microsoft packages
• Ability to work alone to strict deadlines
