Salary£35000 - £45000 per annum
Opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an exciting organisation. Within the role, you will report into the Global Payroll Controller.

Within this role, there are a number of responsibilities that will fall under your remit, including:
- Reviewing the current systems and processes and identifying any process improvements that could be made
- Provide management to the Payroll team and be responsible for staff development where required
- Be the central point of contact and manage the UK Payroll, as well as providing advice on UK Payroll related matters
- Being the lead on internal and external payroll audit requirements
- Ensure accurate payroll and pension compliance
- Ad hoc support where required

A successful candidate for this role will possess the following set of skills and attributes:
- Educated up to A level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a Payroll team, and ideally have previous Payroll Manager experience
- High attention to detail, and good communication skills both within the team and to board members
- Willingness to develop their career and build on previous Payroll experience
- High level of ownership within their work
