To assist the Payroll Manager in processing the payroll function, main duties below.
• Processing payroll circa 1,500 employees through in-house system including the month end process
• Deal with HMRC PAYE related correspondence
• Liaise with preferred benefits advisor and deal with all related queries
• Liaise with HR department on all payroll related queries
• To respond to and resolve payroll queries with employees
• Preparation and reconciliation of all payroll control accounts in the Nominal Ledger
