Salary£20000 - £23000 per annum
A part time HR Assistant is required to work 20 hours per week for a fantastic company located in central Cambridge, no onsite parking, this is a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing recruitment for the company, from assisting in drawing up adverts and role profiles, through to on boarding of candidates
• Supporting our managers with shortlisting, liaising for interview detail and inviting candidates to interview, working within (often conflicting0 diary and room availabilities
• Requesting references
• Corresponding with line managers, members of staff and candidates as appropriate , adhering to strict timetables
• Check probation reports and maintenance of relevant databases
• Keep personnel files up to date with our electronic systems
• Provide support for certain general administrative duties

Skills required
• Experience of working in recruitment is an essential, as is having a generalist and /or administrative background
• Knowledge or experience of working in a fast paced working environment
• Experience of working on HR Projects
• Excellent organisational skills
