Exciting opportunity working for a small family run business are who are looking for an Office Manager/PA to come and join their friendly team. The role would be really well suited to someone who has a passion for plants!
Offices located in Harston, ideally the successful candidate will drive due to the slightly remote access of the office.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting with all of company events, including but not limited to: Pop up shop, flower shows, Christmas events etc.
• Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email
• Supporting with across the board diary management
• Working on the marketing displays
• Keeping on top of the company website, any updates that need adding or when things need removing from the website
• Helping to plan events for the company, this will mean being involved in the process from start to finish
• Auditing stock
• Support on some basic HR duties
• Post
• Keeping on top of all basic administration for the business

Skills required

• Competent user of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Keen willingness to learn
• An interest in plants (desirable)
• Strong communicator
• Strong organisational skills
