Control and monitor the consultants and Operations Team Duty on Call rotas
Ensure documents are produced monthly for payroll.
Liaise with the HR team to ensure all clinical staff records are controlled and monitored
Plan inductions for any new starters joining the team
Circulate new systems and documents to staff
Provide general Administrative assistance to the Senior Management Team
Manage the clinical e-learning, ensuring all clinicians have undertaken the appropriate training required.
Minute monthly meetings and distribute to the Operations team
Organise and help facilitate if required any training sessions
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Good IT skills
Excellent attention to details
Ability to multi-task
Dull Driving license and own transport
