An opportunity has arisen for a Office Coordinator to join a expanding organisation based in Framlingham. This brand new role will be reporting to the International Business Development Manager and will involve coordinating the office function. The successful candidate will be proactive to ensure a well managed and efficient service is provided to clients at all times. This role will be part time, 3 days a week for an initial 6-9 period before becoming full time.

Key Duties
  • Responsible for dealing with incoming orders and processing required documentation
  • Arranging shipping of goods where necessary
  • Diary management, booking business travel and planning appointments
  • Monitoring stock and arranging deliveries
  • Updating the company CRM system
  • Organising events and representing the company at meetings inside and out of the office
  • Running reports for Head Office

Skills Required
  • Must be able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and CRM systems
  • Good organisation skills are essential as you will be dealing with multiple tasks
  • Great customer service skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Proficient in speaking and wrting in German would be beneficial but not essential
