Proactive planning and booking of travel and accommodation for consultants
Monitoring, highlighting and filing emails
Reviewing any cc emails and moving important ones into inbox
Ordering stationary, filling and scanning
Supporting the team with ad hoc administration
Helping with induction for new starters
Skills and Experience Required:
Excellent communication skills - be able to deal with people face to face and over the phone
Excellent numerical skills
Advanced experience in PowerPoint
Intermediate experience in Excel
"Can do" attitude
