Within this position, you will be expected to develop and deliver high quality learning solutions (workshops, e-learning, user guides etc), deliver bespoke training solutions for key business areas and accurately build and maintain a library of internal training guides via the organisations intranet.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft platform - Office 365, Exchange and Excel in particular
• Previous experience in an IT Trainer position or a recognised IT training qualification
• Ability to work in a planned and organised way, with the ability to multi-task and manage a variety of requests at one time
• Experience of legal systems would be advantageous but not essential
