They are a leading HR team who are focused on delivering the right skills and strengths to support the organisation. Within the HR Transformation and change team the HR Business Partner will support a number of diverse projects, using skills to engage with senior stakeholders, present evidence-based information to gain commitment to change, manage risk and escalate appropriately.
A strong communicator, you will be naturally collaborative, an influencer and quick to position yourself within the team with the gravitas to engage at a senior level.
Ideally MCIPD qualified, you will have a strong HR generalist and projects background although our client would consider applicants with the right mix of project management and people change experience.
The role is to commence from November 2020 and will be a blend of remote and office working.
