Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a busy HR team, this is a true generalist remit. The HR Advisor will support managers in all aspects of Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, policy development, pay and remuneration, training and equality & diversity.
Applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with demonstrable HR generalist experience gained within an operational role coupled with a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law. You will be a confident communicator, able to operate across all levels of the business. An ability to manage multiple task to deadlines is paramount as this is a busy and varied role.
This is a fantastic role for an HR professional now seeking to develop their HR career in a unique environment offering the opportunity to be involved in a number of key HR projects.
The team are currently all working remotely, so you will need to be able to build effective relationships and manage your team and customers remotely.
