The company:

Would you like the opportunity to work for a growing Cambridge technology business? Employing around 120 people based across multiple sites, this business leads the way in their sector working with blue chip customers.

The role:

As the newly appointed HR Manager, you will have the chance to influence and develop the culture of the business, line managing and coaching the HR Coordinator and Office Administrator.

You will manage all the employee relations case work, provide analytics to the senior management team, oversee the payroll, benefits and pension contributions, manage talent and succession planning and oversee recruitment.
No day is the same in this business, you will attend the meetings of your client groups, manage a variety of HR projects and have regular one to ones with your manager, the CFO. As well as managing the day to day HR activity, you will be responsible for overseeing the office management.
