Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP will be responsible for partnering members of the leadership teams, together with the provision of a generalist HR support and advisory service to agreed sections of the business, taking an active role in contributing towards improvement and change programmes.
Working closely with managers, the HRBP will provide proactive guidance and support in conducting fair and effective investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes providing technical and specialised HR advice to ensure consistent approach, delivery and maintenance of standardised organisational documentation. The role will also support change management initiatives with Leadership Team and managers using a wide range of techniques so all people aspects of change are taken into consideration at the earliest opportunity and are managed effectively. There will be a particular focus on a number of TUPE activities so particular expertise in this arena would be advantageous.
This is a perfect opportunity for a credible CIPD qualified, HR Partner who possesses a proven track record engaging in a high performing, commercial environment. You must be a truly generalist HR professional with a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and TUPE.
