The HR Advisor will be focused on managing the Employee Journey and Strategic Priorities with key responsibilities being:.
·Supporting and coaching managers in understanding HR policies and practices and ensuring managers understand the importance of compliance.
·Providing specialist advice to managers who are leading the resolutions of an employee or industrial relations issue and influencing the management approach.
·Identifying, advising and guiding managers through discipline, grievance, absence management and performance management.
·Evaluating and managing the efficiency of HR processes, striving for continuous improvement.
If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified with previous HR generalist experience this may be the opportunity to develop your HR career.
A strong team player, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a result driven attitude, the ability to evaluate situations, and good analytical skills.
