Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will undertake all HR interventions in respect of all employee relations and HR matters to enhance organisational performance. The role is a true generalist remit and will champion best practice across all HR activities, coaching managers in relation to HR policy and practice as well as monitoring and developing of best practice.
To be considered for this role, applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and demonstrate skills to support a business by providing an effective and professional HR service. With outstanding knowledge of Employment law, you will have previously operated across a full HR generalist remit. You will be proactive with a strong focus on customer service, able to build effective relationship across the organisation.
