An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a UK wide business. Based at their Norfolk site and reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a proactive HR generalist support service to the site management team and employees.

This is a newly created role, delivering day to day operational support and guidance in all areas of employee relations. Working closely with managers the HR Advisor will support in all areas of performance and development as well as supporting the delivery of the ER strategy for the site ensuring high quality case management of all issues raised on site in line with group/function and site policy and procedure.

As a minimum requirement, applicants must have previous experience of working within an HR role and have demonstrable generalist experience. A confident communicator, you will have the ability to work across all levels of the business, supporting the HR Manager in engaging and driving the site people agenda forward.
