Salary£30000 - £35000 per annum
Based in Norwich, the position of HR Advisor will support the Head of HR in providing a comprehensive HR service to the business through the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management and organisational change.

Key areas will include:
- working closely with managers to provide guidance and support in relation to performance management, absence and disciplinaries
- performance development reviews
- Recruitment, selection and induction
- Participating in HR Project work to support the wider UK HR team
- Provide support to the HR Manager during periods of organisational change and restructuring activity

Applicants will ideally possess or be working towards the CIPD Level 7 with demonstrable experience of working as part of an HR team (preferably within a manufacturing environment) and a good understanding of HR policies, practices and the application of these in the workplace. The role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
