We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator role to work with our client based in Felixstowe. You will be providing full administrative support by being responsible and undertaking a wide range of duties.
-Posting job adverts internally and externally and responding to job applications.
-Responsible for entering and updating data to ensure that HR & Payroll systems are maintained.
-Be the first point of contact for any HR queries.
-Assist with documentation, employee contacts and managing DBS process.
-Ensuring all records are kept up to date and any HR administrative duties / supporting the HR team.
-Experience in providing HR administrative support and supporting recruitment processes.
-Experience in working with databases and HR systems.
-Strong communication and time management skills.
-Awareness of Health and Safety regulations.
-Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
