To support and facilitate all touch points of the employee lifecycle, mostly during on boarding and the point at which an individual decided to leave the company. The role will be generalist in nature and you will be expected to contribute across a number of different topics.
• Enabling the on and off boarding process, ensuring that the experience is a positive one for our internal stakeholders and importantly the company employees, this includes: drafting contracts, hosting inductions and completion of the new starter and leaver process
• Data and analytics- providing data and insights to the various trends internal and external to the HR Team. Highlighting key trends in our internal metrics that guide HR Strategy.
• Enable employees to make use of our compensation and benefits offering by administering the various schemes, such as PMI, cycle to work etc
• Generally and as required supporting our employees with valuable, tailored HR Advice on a range of different topics including but not limited to immigration and mobility.
