There is a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant in Ipswich.

This position would be suited to someone who is looking for that first bit of experience in a Finance role or hoping to develop their skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Administration of outsourced expenses system, company credit card
• Posting petty cash receipts and payments
• Reconciliation of petty cash
• Set up of new suppliers
• CHAPS/BACS/International payments
• Ad-hoc general ledger analysis and sales invoices
• Assisting with year-end statutory audit

Qualifications/Experience:

• Desirable if AAT qualified or working towards
• Desirable if proven experience of working in a Finance department

• Strong Excel skills
• Organised
• Good attention to detail
• Time management
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
