A growing research technology company based in South Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit for a Executive Assistant to support to team of Executives. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Personal Assistant role, and need to have a flexible and willing approach. They will be self-managing and confident in problem solving as well as having strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Act as primary point of contact for the organisation
Extensive diary management, arranging meetings both internally and externally
Keeping Executive team diaries up to date, ensuring an in-depth knowledge of the executive schedule on a day-to-day basic
Anticipating regular deadlines and ensuring Executive team are kept informed about any such commitments arising
Support the Executive team with travel arrangements
Reconciling expenses for the Executive team and general company expenses
Take a lead role in organising Company events
Ensure upkeep of contact details and databases, as well as upkeep of filing, office systems & supplies
Provide back-up support on HR and Recruitment administration
Ad Hoc Administration

Key skills and Experience Required:

Excellent Communication Skills
Self - motivated
Able to multi-task
Previous experience in complex diary management
Discreet and maintains confidentiality
Travel Management experience
