This is a newly created role due to the success and growth of the business.
Working with the marketing and senior team you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the digital marketing strategy for the business as it grows.
You will be broadly responsible for all things digital as well as taking a lead with the company's e-commerce and website content management.
To excel in this role, you need to have a passion and drive for all things digital marketing, with a good understanding of all social media platforms and how to capitalise on them.
üManage monthly SEO, Google ads and Social Media Campaigns
üManagement of PPC techniques to ensure the company ranks highly for key word searches
üTake a lead with web design, functionality and promotion
üAnalysis using Google Analytics to carry out analysis of campaigns, markets and trends
üSocial media management creating new channels for customer experience, integration and leads
üSupport and manage digital functions within the website to aid digital promotion
üBuild relationships with media and support partners
üBudget planning and management for all digital activities
üProduce key messages and writing content for a variety of projects and channels (email, social media, blogs, online advertising, newsletters, pay per click etc.)
üManage Email Marketing Campaigns and continually look for ways to improve performance
üAnalyse campaigns' performance to ensure marketing campaigns are performing and to help inform future activity (mainly using GA).
üResearch and propose additional marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new customers.
üSupport next stages of development for the company's website and CMS
Skills and experience required
§Considerable experience in Content and Digital Marketing. As well as knowledge in other areas of digital marketing such as SEO, PPC, Display Advertising and Social Media
§Experience creating and managing PPC campaigns, including social media channels and Google Ads.
§Experience of using web analytics tools
§Excellent copywriting and content writing skills
§Digital design and web experience
§Data-driven with the ability to work towards metrics and manage budgets
§A can-do mentality and a proven track record of working as a member of a team and under pressure
§An excellent communicator, able to articulate ideas and build effective working relationships at all levels.
